Privacy notice

This notice explains what information Window Fashions (Pvt) Ltd (“Window Fashions”, “we”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and how we look after it.

Information we collect

When you submit a quotation request or contact form, we collect:

• your name and telephone number;
• your e-mail address, if you provide it;
• details of your project — the service required, location, venue or institution, approximate date and description;
• any photographs or documents you choose to attach.

To protect the form against abuse, we also record the date and time of your submission and a one-way coded version of your network (IP) address. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

• to contact you about your enquiry, including by telephone or WhatsApp;
• to understand your requirements and prepare a quotation;
• to keep a record of our communication and follow-ups about your project.

We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How we protect it

Enquiries are stored in a private database, and attachments are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Only authorised Window Fashions staff can view them through a password-protected administration area.

Sharing

We only share your information where needed to deliver your project or where required by law. Our website hosting and e-mail providers process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting project, and then delete records that are no longer required.

Project videos are hosted on YouTube. The video player only loads, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, after you press play. YouTube’s own privacy policy then applies to the video.
